    Use Twilight Calculator for dark-sky start. Check MoonSync for moon phase — aim for new moon nights.

  3. Capture FITS data with your telescope

    Save your images as .fits files. For color, capture separate R/G/B filter frames.

  4. Import into AstroSky

    Download AstroSky from Microsoft Store (free). Drag and drop FITS files — batch import with parallel loading.

  5. Apply auto-stretch and color maps

    Click Auto for intelligent histogram analysis. Explore 12+ color maps. Toggle Beauty/Science mode.

  6. Export your final image
